Can we end rough sleeping in Brisbane?

So what's the story?

The Brisbane Zero Campaign aims to end and prevent homelessness for individuals, youth, and families, starting with those who are or have been sleeping rough—on the streets, in parks, in tents, in cars, or cycling through motels and emergency accommodation. By 2032, we aim to achieve this goal. By 2025 we will identify the essential conditions needed to ensure homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.

Our Purpose

The Brisbane Zero Campaign seeks to reduce homelessness for individuals and families rough sleeping by 2025. This includes the people we know by name rough sleeping outside on the streets, in parks, tents or cars and those sleeping rough inside - couch surfing or in motels. The Brisbane Zero collaboration aims to end rough sleeping by 2032.

Our Vision

The Brisbane Zero Campaign believes that homelessness is not a way of life, no one should sleep rough, this includes people sleeping on the streets, in parks, tents, cars or intermittently in motels by 2032. Everyone in Brisbane has a right to a safe, secure and affordable home.
